The Truth about "Vicious dogs"

What they want you to think:  Some dogs are born mean, they bite everyone, they kill people.  We should ban these kind of dogs.

The Truth: My god, can people be such babies.  Well are you born mean? No, of course not, your behavior is shaped by that of your parents and your environment.  Its the same with dogs.  They aren't born mean (sure there are breeds that are predisposed to have a short temper, but aren't inherently mean).  A dog has to be trained to be mean, the half-assed owner is responsible for the behavior of the dog.  If its trained right, it can be a worthwhile friend, train it wrong, and you get a vicious dog.  People are morons for believing that a certain breed of dogs can just be born mean.  So next time you think the German Shepards, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or Pit Bulls should be excommunicated from the community, think about how they become mean.  Instead of banning the dog, exile the fucking owner, its all their fault they became this way.

Final Summation: Train a dog right, and you get a friend.  Train a dog wrong, and you get an enemy.
